Terms
The public offer, without invented fine print.
These terms describe use of the static site and the standard Speed Audit purchase path. A Fix Sprint receives its own written scope before implementation.

Website information
The site explains Featherload's services and method. It is not a guarantee that every store, theme, app, or requested change is suitable. External sources are linked for context and remain the responsibility of their publishers.
Speed Audit scope
The standard $950 Speed Audit covers up to 5 submitted Shopify landing URLs, using the agreed inputs and measurement profile. The output is a measurement brief, prioritized diagnosis, recommendations, implementation scope and exclusions, verification plan, and walkthrough. The target delivery is five business days after fit and complete inputs are confirmed.
Payment and start
Online payment is currently unavailable. Payment reserves the audit service but does not create an account, grant store access, confirm a Fix Sprint, or start the delivery clock by itself. The delivery clock begins after Featherload confirms fit and receives complete non-sensitive intake inputs.
Fit, cancellation, and refunds
If Featherload determines that the submitted request falls outside the stated service before audit work begins, Featherload will decline the work and refund the audit payment. Once audit work has begun, the fee covers reserved specialist time and delivered analysis and is not refundable merely because a recommendation or commercial outcome differs from expectations.
A Fix Sprint may be cancelled or rescheduled only under the written scope agreed for that sprint. That scope controls if it differs from this general page.
Audit credit
The $950 audit fee is credited once, in full, toward the Fix Sprint scoped from that audit. The credit is not cash-equivalent, transferable, or applicable to unrelated services.
Access and publication
The audit does not require store access to begin. If implementation is agreed, access must be limited to what the written scope requires. Technical work is performed on a duplicate or unpublished theme. Publication requires the client approval described in the scope; Featherload does not promise to publish without that approval.
No guaranteed commercial result
Featherload does not guarantee conversion, revenue, ranking, ad-cost, Core Web Vitals, or PageSpeed score outcomes. The service verifies defined technical work and page behavior under stated conditions. Commercial results depend on factors outside that technical scope.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate URLs and context, timely access where implementation requires it, lawful authority to request changes, backups outside Featherload's working copy where appropriate, and final approval of publication.
Intellectual property
After payment, project-specific approved code and theme changes delivered for your store are yours. Featherload retains its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, generalized techniques, and know-how. External software, themes, apps, fonts, and services remain under their own licenses.
Confidentiality and publicity
Each side should protect non-public information received for the engagement and use it only for the work and necessary operations. Featherload will not publish a client's identity, screenshots, metrics, testimonial, or case study without explicit approval.
Service availability and liability boundary
The public site and third-party form or payment services may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any responsibility arising from a paid engagement is limited by the written scope and mandatory law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
