Privacy
Information used to answer and deliver.
This policy describes the public Featherload site as it operates now. It does not invent a legal entity, address, or jurisdiction that has not been published.
Effective
21 August 2026
Featherload processes information you choose to submit so our team can assess an enquiry, confirm service fit, deliver agreed work, keep necessary business records, and respond to rights or support requests.
What you may submit
The contact and intake forms may include your name, work email, brand, storefront and paid landing URLs, paid-channel context, theme or app context, message, and consent record. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card details, customer data, health data, or store credentials through these forms.
FormSubmit
The forms use FormSubmit to deliver submissions by email through a native browser POST. The public site does not store a separate account or form database.
Payments
Online payment is currently unavailable. Stripe processes payment and related information under Stripe's privacy policy. Featherload does not receive your full card number.
Hosting, logs, analytics, and cookies
The static host may process basic request, security, and delivery logs needed to serve and protect the site. Featherload does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking on this site.
Use and sharing
Submitted information is used for the enquiry, service delivery, security, and necessary records. It may be handled by the specialists working on the engagement and providers required for form delivery, email, hosting, payment when enabled, or legal compliance. It is not sold, and it is not used to publish client identity or results without explicit approval.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become work are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, suppression of unwanted contact, security, and recordkeeping. Engagement records are retained for delivery, dispute, accounting, and legal obligations. A fixed period is not stated because those obligations can differ; a specific retention question can be raised through the contact form.
Your choices
You may ask what information Featherload holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent for optional processing, or raise a privacy question through the contact form. Some information may need to be retained for contracts, accounting, legal claims, security, or suppression records.
Changes
If the site's processing changes materially, this page and its effective date will be updated before the new public flow is relied upon.
